General Manager - Telford, Shropshire

General Managers have a huge role to play, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the success of the restaurant. Your objectives

  • To lead and inspire the performance of the restaurant teams based around our values, while following & driving our People strategy.
  • Full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of store operations and performance. This includes, but not limited to, People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.
  • To ensure that standards are maintained, and the restaurant performance delivers budget and growth through a People First, Guest Focussed & Operational Excellence Strategy.
  • Responsible for developing your team, creating a pipeline of future managers!  

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience & track record in a similar role.
  • Restaurant & hospitality experience is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast as well as thinking differently.
  • Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.
